Our Beginner to Advanced Taekwondo Training program is designed to provide structured, progressive, and disciplined learning for students of all age groups. Training begins with the fundamentals—basic stances, blocks, kicks, discipline, and physical fitness—helping beginners build a strong foundation in Taekwondo techniques and values.
As students progress, the program advances to forms (Poomsae), sparring (Kyorugi), self-defense techniques, flexibility, strength training, and mental conditioning. At higher levels, athletes receive advanced technical training, competition preparation, strategy development, and leadership guidance, aligned with Jidokwan and Kukkiwon standards.
This program not only focuses on physical skill but also emphasizes discipline, confidence, respect, self-control, and character development, enabling students to grow as skilled martial artists and responsible individuals.
